Felecia is Visit Franklin’s director of visitor experience and retail, and she might be the most hospitable person you’ll ever meet!

Felecia is constantly thinking about making each visitor’s experience in Franklin better, whether crafting a retail experience like no other at the Visitor Center or developing trails and different unforgettable visitor experiences around town for guests to enjoy.

That sense of hospitality – warm Aloha and even “ohana’ – comes naturally to Felecia; these attributes come from her previous time crafting the retail experience for some of the biggest names in the world of golf. Including stops on the island of Maui at the famed Kapalua Plantation & Bay Courses and managing a portfolio of 10 Troon Golf Courses. Felecia’s experience was then recruited to one of the top new golf clubs in Tennessee, where she fell in love with the area.

When not thinking exclusively about the visitor experience, she loves getting out to explore the outdoors. She is always looking for opportunities that allow her to enjoy, participate, and savor the moments of fresh air and new scenery. Being new to the area, she’s just barely touched the surface of all Franklin and Middle Tennessee has to offer in outdoor activities.
