Leiper’s Fork Inn is made from two 100-year-old homes – rescued, moved, combined, and then restored by the loving folks at Pot N’ Kettle Cottages to create this stunning three-acre property. The Inn is located in Leiper’s Fork Village (just eight miles south of Franklin) and is Leiper’s Fork Inn is rented to one family or group at a time, not by individual rooms. The home is 3,000 square feet and has four beds, two full baths, and two half baths. The two master suites include a screened-in porch that overlooks the quaint village of Leiper’s Fork. This property is perfect for groups and has more than enough space for privacy and gathering.
Leiper’s Fork Inn
Coda Cottage is a charming home with a wonderful history. The cottage sits in the heart of Leiper’s Fork. It is less than half a mile jaunt into the village, where there is always live music, great food, fantastic shopping, and good friends to be made. The cottage features two bedrooms and one bathroom loaded with amenities. The master bedroom includes a Queen size bed and a private porch. The additional bedroom has a Full-size bed. There is a library that is brimming with new favorite reads. Grab a book and a sit back and relish in the peace that Leiper’s Fork has to offer.
Coda Cottage
Tin Roof Cottage features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the most amazing down-home feel one could ask for. The master bedroom suite includes a Cal-king size bed, walk-in closet, vanity, and shower. The additional upstairs bedroom suite has a Queen size bed, two twin beds, and a twin-size daybed. The second floor also has its own private bath with a shower and vanity.
Tin Roof Cottage
Built originally in the early 1900s, the Deal Cottage has gone through a major transformation. This delightful cottage sits on the bank of a creek surrounded by several acres of beautiful nature. There is not a detail that has been overlooked during the renovation of this incredible home. The cottage sits on several acres just two miles from the heart of Leiper’s Fork and less than a mile from the Wilkins Branch Mountain Bike Park. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it. The cottage features an open floor plan concept with a very spacious kitchen, living, and dining area. The cottage is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom property and can accommodate up to eight guests. There are two master suites both with king-sized beds and a bunk room with four twin beds
Deal Cottage
Built in 1939 originally, Pickers Cottage has undergone a major restoration; this is the largest cottage. Every bit of attention to detail was addressed, from the vintage local tin backsplash to granite countertops, nothing has been overlooked. The cottage sits on 3/4 of an acre in the heart of Leiper’s Fork. The cottage features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with the most spacious feel. The master bedroom suite includes a Cal-king size bed, walk-in closet, vanity, and tub/shower. Upstairs you are welcomed into another living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The two additional bedrooms are upstairs; one has a queen-size bed and the other two twin beds. The second floor has its own private bath with shower/tub and vanity.
