Shopping for the perfect Holiday Gift in #FranklinTN
Black Friday is long gone, Cyber Monday isn’t for another 364 days and you still have some people on your list you need to get checked off? If you’re like me and didn’t participate in either of those shopping extravaganzas this year, you’re in luck! You can shop locally and get some pretty wonderful things that don’t look like you played “click roulette” and just randomly ordered things online.
Holiday shopping only becomes stressful to me when I can’t seem to find something specific for whoever is on my list. I don’t want to give a gift just for the sake of giving. Can we all agree the best part of gift giving is finding something you know they’re going to love and is so perfect for that person? Throughout the year, I am often guilty of seeing the perfect gift for someone but putting it off thinking I’ll come back and get it closer to December and then time goes by and you either forget or that item isn’t available anymore. Gift fail.
Worry no more, here is a list of a variety of local shops and don’t blame me if you happen to find something for yourself too!

The Gentleman’s Stache
For the men in your life, there is an entire store curated just for them full masculine inspired gifts and items. They even offer you a beer or RC Cola upon entry! It’s also conveniently tucked between a couple other great boutiques one of which is The Faded Farmhouse. I may or may not have gone in their in search of a gift and came out with the cutest maxi dress that was perfect for my date with the vineyard later that week!
White’s Mercantile (Downtown Franklin or Leiper’s Fork)
What’s not to love, another all eclectic shop that has a little something for everyone.
The Beard Store
For those on your list that participated in No-Shave November.
The Shop Around the Corner
Literally around the corner from our Downtown Franklin Square off Main Street.
Silver Steer
In the heart of Cool Springs, you’ll find Silver Steer. There is something for everyone, young and old, engaged or married, bourbon lover or chef. One of my favorite things about this store is they do a “Wish List” which means you can go in and make a Wish List of all the things you like and send your significant other to shop with a little help. I’ve done this, it was fun to see what my husband picked out!
The Bottle Shop
Ok, yes this is a liquor store. In addition to making a great drink purchase, there are several unique gifts inside that might be perfect for that nightcap lover.
Zula & Mak and The Urban Farmhouse
Sitting side by side next to the train tracks in downtown Franklin, cute little shops with a mixture of new items and antiques.
Luna Record Shop
For the music lover that already has every song. Why not a record?
Tin Cottage
Among Mason jars, robin egg blue kitchenware and a wall of some of the funniest southern slang dish towels, you’ll find lots of options for the home or apparel.
Art-Is-In Market
So I know some of you are going to end up at CoolSprings Galleria. Be sure to find Art-Is-In Market on the first floor. They have great locally sourced items at affordable prices – keeping on the “Shop Local” theme!
Twine Graphics
I LOVE this store. Filled with fun local pride branded wear and also some great unique shirts for that Predators lover in the family. I love their creative style of hats, mugs, shirts, and jackets. They even have options for the kiddos!
The Visitor Center
Last, but certainly not least, our wonderful Visitor Center! Our ever so popular #FranklinTN shirt is always available in various colors and sizes but we pride ourselves on being able to offer locally made coffee, fudge mixes, handcrafted leather journals and so much more!
