Digital Brand Manager

When you strike up a conversation with Courtney, don’t be surprised if she starts rattling off Visit Franklin site analytics or talking to you about the best times of day to post on social.

As Visit Franklin’s Digital Brand Manager, Courtney oversees Visit Franklin’s digital strategy, including advertising, social media, website development, content, and SEO/SEM. When she is not leading our team into new digital territory, you’ll find her reading a book at Honest Coffee Roasters, quilting, or practicing archery.

Prior to her time at Visit Franklin, Courtney served as the Director of Marketing and the Manager of Online Media and Brand Strategy at Naxos of America, where she provided strategic digital marketing direction for the brand. She also comes with integrated marketing experience from Industrial Strength Marketing and CoreCommerce.

On the weekends, you’ll find Courtney at one of her favorite spots around town: Pinkerton Park (with her hammock!), or at the The Park at Harlinsdale Farm.
