Farm Fresh Vintage Franklin is hosting a pumpkin painting contest during the month of October! You don’t have to be a local to enter! We’re hoping a little friendly & creative painted pumpkin competition will give everyone a family friendly, fun opportunity to connect during these interesting days we’re in.

Details:

  • Admission price is $5.
  • Entrants can bring in their pumpkin to the shop M-Sat from 10-5 before October 23.
  • Beginning Oct 24 our customers will vote on their favorite among the entries and the winner of $50 will be announced Oct 30.

This outdoor family pop up event will have a big community canvas that everyone can come up and paint on throughout the day! Experience how creating can help us feel calm and learn about the meanings of the colors you choose and more.
Talk with artist, teacher and guide Meghan Aileen about Meditative Art and it’s benefits for both kids and adults especially in times like this.
We will also have nature crafts for kids (or adults too!) Shop art, Mala meditation necklaces, herbal products, teas and more. Leiper’s Fork is the perfect idyllic little part of Franklin with shops and restaurants.

High Brow Coffee will be there with their mobile unit too!!!
Masks and social distancing are encouraged at this outdoor event, the crafts will be set up spread out to allow for this.

The Mars Petcare 14th Annual St. Patrick’s Music City Run that had been rescheduled for Saturday, October 17th at Nissan Stadium will now go 100% Virtual. Dog lovers can participate in the virtual race by signing up at www.StPatricksNashville.com and then run at their own convenience, distance, and location any time between October 16th through October 25th. The event will benefit PEDIGREE Foundation’s disaster relief efforts and annual shelter and rescue grants.

Looking for a good reason to get festive this Halloween? The Arthritis Foundation’s Bone Bash fundraiser is a community-driven event that takes place in a few select cities across the country. These fun and spirited evenings raise funds to support our mission to conquer arthritis and help more than 50 million Americans say Yes to a better life.

All guests will enjoy a mobile silent auction, costume contest and a presentation hosted by Arthritis Foundation volunteers and staff. Proceeds support the Arthritis Foundation’s research, advocacy and public health programs.

Celebrate the last weekend of Paint the Town Orange with an Oktoberfest-inspired block party!

Join us for a laidback, family-friendly event on Friday, October 30th from 3 – 8pm on the Americana patio!

Get into the Oktoberfest spirit with all-you-can-eat brats, burgers & hot dogs served with house made kettle chips & all the fixins! We’ll have craft beer specials on tap, along with giveaways from local breweries.

Costumes are optional but encouraged, and the most creative costume will win a $50 Americana gift card! We’ll also be showing some fun Halloween entertainment on our outdoor projector.

Event will be held rain or shine! Due to limited seating, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance on Eventbrite.
