No experience needed! In Ayurveda there is a sheath or layer known as Pranamaya Kosha which is an energetic layer to our etheric field around us. When our Prana is good we have a radiance about us, our energy will be strong, resilient and stable. When our Prana is weak or energy disturbed, we will easily fatigue, not hold our energy well both mentally & physically and are more prone to illness.Prana flows through these energetic currents like waves known as Vayus, Vata or Wind. These channels or currents travel predominantly through the movement of Wind, Vata or Vayu. In this workshop we will touch on key ideas of Ayurveda and begin to develop a deeper understanding of the Prana Vayus and how we can maintain our state of health physically, mentally and emotionally. You will be gently guided through specific postures, breath techniques and repetitive movements to enhance the flow of Prana through these channels of Wind creating fluidity, stability, calmness and an inner strength.
