Come and meet Sharon Ball, author of Reclaiming YOU: Using the Enneagram to Move from Trauma to Resilience. Sharon will be talking about her book and signing copies.

Reclaiming YOU offers a path to healing heartache through being trauma and Enneagram informed.

The pandemic has brought to light the heartaches that may have gone unnoticed and has highlighted the need for owning one’s trauma recovery and finding resilience. In being trauma and Enneagram informed, one can find their journey to resilience and hope. Reclaiming YOU provides individual stories and facts of heartache, Enneagram type, vulnerabilities and their resilience journey. Reclaiming YOU looks at various types of trauma, through individual stories. Each type is represented in one of the stories. After their story is shared,

About Sharon

Sharon is a licensed professional counselor, a National Board Certified counselor and International Enneagram Association accredited practitioner and trainer; bringing more than twenty-five years of experience in therapeutic trauma informed care. She maintains her certifications in EMDR, TIC, ACT, CBT, DBT and TBRI.

She is the founder of 9Paths, overseeing the Franklin clinical counseling center which provides trauma informed therapy for individuals recovering trauma and life transitions. Sharon supervises graduate and pose-graduate counselors for Tennessee State licensures board.

Sharon has been called upon by NGO’s, state and local municipalities providing mental health first aid during international disasters such as the Indian Ocean Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, Haiti Earthquake and mass shootings, post 9/11 and pandemic first responders. Sharon is approved as a family courts parent coordinator working for the best interests of children involved in the court system. She offers consulting services to Nashville area homeless shelters and anti-human trafficking organizations.

Sharon is passionate about solving all forms of complex human problems and works alongside Fortune 100 companies training in workplace psychological safety, inclusion and belonging. She is a senior member of the Enneagram in Business Network, a business partner of the Urban League of Middle Tennessee and completed Yale’s School of Management post-graduate program focusing on fostering diversity and inclusion.

Sharon resides with her family in Franklin, TN and enjoys reading, baking and trying out new brunch spots in Nashville. She enjoys exploring new trails and waterfalls with her german shepherd, Chewie.
