HERE'S WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY:

LINDSAY CURTIS, GROUP SALES ACCOUNT EXEC., NASHVILLE SOCCER CLUB

“For me, the Franklin Ambassador Program was a way for me to fall in love with the city I’ve spent my whole life in all over again. As a resident and employee in Franklin, it is important to know all of the history and little nuggets that make this place one of the greatest places to live in America. I think the program will continue to benefit the community because of the light it shines on the city of Franklin and the in-depth education of everything there is to do and see here. No matter how long you have lived or worked in Franklin, everyone should register for the program and become an Ambassador!”

DAVID BRAWNER, GENERAL MANAGER, HAMPTON INN & SUITES NASHVILLE/FRANKLIN

“This program helped me connect with my guests and my staff on what to do and where to go in Franklin and Williamson County. The tour included a deep history about the City of Franklin and the impact it had on our county. I loved the personal touch of getting to know the local restaurant and store owners at our stops. Thanks Megan and her team for a great tour!”

T.J. ANGELENO, REGIONAL MANAGER, CHARTWELL HOSPITALITY

“Our Front Desk team thoroughly enjoyed the Visit Franklin Ambassador Program provided by the CVB. Everyone learned something and had a great time with it. Since the training I’ve seen our Front Desk associates in action recommending several of the sites and attractions that were highlighted. I believe it has made a positive contribution to our guest’s satisfaction and generated an excitement for Williamson County within our associates. Every hotel should consider hosting a class! Thank you for doing such a great job and offering this service!”
