Event & Off-site Selection Support
We will provide you with local recommendations and send leads to Visit Franklin partners providing group-related services, including event rentals, transportation, entertainment, private dining and catering, and audio/visual providers.
Visit Franklin offers complimentary services and hospitality support for our meeting planners, including promotional brochures and materials, general city information, dining recommendations, and more. We also provide free bus parking in front of our downtown Visitor Center to provide your group with a warm welcome.
Community Support and Hotel Sourcing
Our services team will help you connect with our local vendors and partners to make your event a success. We are here to assist you with on-site visits and collaborate with local partners, including sending RFPs and booking hotel contracts.
Marketing Tools and Attendance Promotion
