JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Office Coordinator is the ultimate team player who supports the successful operation of a highly collaborative office environment. This onsite, part-time position reports to the Operations Manager while assisting other staff members as needed.
Essential Functions

- Support all aspects of daily office operations including but not limited to incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, voicemails, general email inquiries, and office supply orders.
- Support an organized and efficient office environment.
- Facilitate in office meetings including ordering, setup, and cleanup as needed.
- Maintain CVB calendar for staff meetings, staff events, and community events.
- Support Visit Franklin Ambassador Program including registration, scheduled email communication, materials inventory management and reordering, program day preparation and participation.
- Support preparation for meetings including gathering and printing materials such as reports, agendas, presentations, etc.
- Support organizational needs for data entry.
- Support departments with special projects as needed.
- Be professional and welcoming to all clients, board members, vendors, staff, media, visitors, and partners by phone, in person and via email.
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time in-office position with an anticipated average of 20-25 hours per week. Typical office hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Schedule of part-time hours can be flexible within typical operating hours.

Preferred Education & Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Working knowledge of office related equipment including copiers, scanners, and personal computers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Marketing Content Manager serves as Visit Franklin’s primary writer and owned content developer on the Marketing team. The Marketing Content Manager is responsible for the sourcing, curation, and development of Visit Franklin’s brand-aligned content across departments and across a variety of mediums. This role is integral to the success of the marketing team and will be responsible for translating Visit Franklin’s voice and brand into engaging content. This position will also assist with public relations efforts, focusing on both national and local media efforts.
Essential Functions

- Serve as an in-house content developer and manager, unifying owned media content across departments and overseeing a content calendar.
- Collaborate across departments on a variety of innovative marketing content projects that serve the entire bureau across departments, including writing for collateral pieces, newsletters, web, and sales platforms.
- Provide Public Relations support, including pitching and pitch follow-up, clipping, local PR efforts, assisting with journalist familiarization tours, reporting, and PR platform updates.
- Meet with tourism partners regularly to proactively seek out stories from across Williamson County to share with leisure and group visitors.
- Manage videography and photography projects and vendors within the context of an annual content plan.
- Manage Visit Franklin’s guest blog writers.

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field from an accredited college or university

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
The Information Specialist role is a part-time position in the WCCVB Visitor Center who is friendly, engaging, hospitable, and greets our local and non-local guests with a welcoming smile. The Information Specialist is responsible for providing helpful trip suggestions, including places to shop and dine. This role is expected to listen to
guests and answer any questions and anticipate any needs with helpful information. Excellent customer service is provided to all our guests.
Essential Functions

- Recommend attractions, hotels, restaurants, and/or activities to visitors using the WCCVB “rule of three.”
- Enhance the visitor experience by asking questions and recommending additional options during their visit.
- Maintain records of visitation numbers and visitor data as requested.
- Assist visitors with the purchase of Franklin/Williamson County merchandise using the Point of Sale (POS) system, which includes performing register transactions.
- Attend quarterly staff meetings.
- Visit area attractions and sites to build relationships, learn about the attractions, and request the latest information to make available in the Visitor Center.
- Track and restock merchandise and brochure inventory as needed.
- Staff events such as Franklin’s downtown Art Scene.
- Maintain a clean and tidy Visitor Center.

- This is a part-time position averaging 12-19 hours per week but not more than 1,000 hours in a calendar year.

- Weekend availability is required (schedule may be Saturday and Sunday only).
