This document describes the Williamson County Convention & Visitors Bureau (hereafter referred to as WCCVB) policy regarding personal information, site security, communication and site usage of VisitFranklin.com and all other sites operated by the WCCVB. We at the WCCVB respect your privacy. On occasion, we ask for personal data collected directly from you on this website, which may include first and last name, address, email address, and phone number. This may be collected through a submission form, during registration, while making a reservation, or when contacting us with questions. The information is used to fulfill requests such as sending brochures by mail, to use special features of the site such as the media gallery, or to contact you regarding your request. By voluntarily providing personal information, you are consenting to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
You may choose not to use any service that requires the use of your personal information in a manner not described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of VisitFranklin.com, or any other WCCVB online services will be considered as your consent to the use of your personal information in the way described.
As a matter of policy, your email address and phone number will not be sold, rented, or shared with any other business or organization. Users that have checked one of our email request buttons opting to receive communications from us, may, from time to time, receive travel information, updates about new website features, and other information relating to Franklin and Williamson County, Tennessee. Meeting and Tour Planners
Information provided by meeting planners and other travel professionals is reviewed by WCCVB staff to follow up on requests and develop future business. Events booked in Franklin and Williamson County, Tennessee, could be displayed on the WCCVB Convention Calendar unless that event is specifically marked confidential. If a meeting is confidential it is our policy not to list it on any distributed information. The WCCVB also uses the provided information for internal purposes such as email and phone contact.

We exercise reasonable care to protect your non-public personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure. WCCVB may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability. Engaging in online conversations about the WCCVB, Williamson County, and #FranklinTN are an absolute joy for the entire WCCVB team. As we look to tell this great community’s story we reserve the right to delete, ban, and block any user who posts potentially harmful, rude, or outright hateful speech in any online comment or forum. It’s our goal to create spaces for and sponsor thoughtful conversation considerate of all points of view inclusive of every person, place and thing which make this community wonderful.
