As Visit Franklin’s Sales & Service Manager, of course, she knows all the great spots around town to host your big event. As a former coordinator of conferences herself, though, she knows all the details that set the most fabulous events apart from the rest. When not helping someone plan an incredible event around Franklin, you’ll find Jenna perusing the shops along Main Street for the newest seasonal house decor. You might also find her relaxing at a restaurant’s outdoor patio sipping on her daily Dr. Pepper.

Before joining Visit Franklin, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga graduate was a conference coordinator with Gaylord Hotels. She and her team coordinated events of all sizes, ranging from VIP visits to one-on-one business meetings. Prior to Gaylord she coordinated and planned on-site operations of events and assisted with large-scale, non-profit community events as an event marketing intern at Erlanger Health Systems.
