Join us for a four course gourmet pizza and wine pairing experience where Flour and Forge will prepare their wood fired specialty pizzas while guests enjoy their favorite pairing of wines provided by Wines in the Fork.
We are excited to feature Chef Derek Walker, owner and founder of Flour and Forge, a well-known gourmet pizza food truck in the area. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy delicious charcutterie along with a starter specialty craft cocktail. A salad and pizza buffet will follow, ending with dessert. Wines will be presented for each pizza and the vintner will share about the stories and reasons the wine and pizza is paired together.
These speciality pizzas are made with only the best fresh ingredients, locally sourced and absolutely delicious. Seats are limited.
