As Tennessee Whiskey Week rolls through town, The Factory at Franklin will host an evening in honor of the state’s favorite spirit with the Tennessee Whiskey Trail. Saffire Restaurant joins The Factory in celebrating with a three-course dinner featuring dishes from their new menu in Liberty Hall from 6-8 PM on Monday, May 13th.
Locals and visitors alike who have missed the elevated flavors of Saffire’s Southern cuisine will have the chance to sample their new menu later this month. Dishes will be paired with whiskey samples from Nashville Barrel Company, alongside a performance by Charles “Wigg” Walker.
