Join Friends of Franklin Parks at the inaugural Franklin Family Splash & Dash on June 15, 2024, honoring the connectivity between the parks and trails system and celebrating dad! This Father's Day weekend event will feature an array of vendors and interactive booths for everyone in the family. This event is family friendly, dog friendly, and friendly to people of all athletic abilities!
All funds from this event go to support the preservation of open spaces, protecting our natural resources, and enhancing our beautiful park system.
What to expect? You have the opportunity to craft your own adventure based on you and your family's needs, featuring three elements:
Float, Canoe or Kayak: 7:30AM
One Mile or 5k Walk or Run: 9AM
2 Mile Bike Ride: To follow run
For those participating in the water portion of the event, details will be sent following registration.
