About Us

The Williamson County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB) is the official destination marketing organization for Williamson County, Tennessee, including all of its incorporated cities Brentwood, Fairview, Franklin, Nolensville, Thompson’s Station, and Spring Hill.

The Williamson County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB) operates as an independent 501(c)6, not-for-profit corporation. It is overseen by an appointed Board of Directors and is a non-membership organization made up of “Partners,” those organizations in the hospitality industry that do business in and bring visitors to Williamson County and Franklin. The WCCVB strives to bring our local hospitality industry together and forge partnerships.

The Williamson County Convention & Visitors Bureau is responsible for developing and implementing an effective program of marketing, sales, promotion, and new market development designed to attract visitors to Williamson County. To this end, the WCCVB focuses its efforts on four major target markets: leisure travel, meetings/conferences/conventions, group tours, and sports marketing. Efforts to impact each of these market segments include advertising, direct sales, trade show and marketplace attendance, publications, familiarization tours/site inspections and new product development.

The mission of the Williamson County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB) is to positively impact the local economy by increasing travel-related spending in the county, provide quality and welcoming experiences to all visitors, support the local hospitality industry, and assist in the development, preservation, and expansion of the county’s tourism product.

The WCCVB will use research and other market intelligence to narrow our focus, track accountability, and provide the rationale for strategic marketing decisions.

The WCCVB will unify & magnify the voice of Williamson County’s tourism product to potential visitors and seek to influence product development, preservation, and infrastructure consistent with the destination brand.

Public Notice is hereby given by the presiding officer of the Williamson County Convention & Visitors Bureau that its Board of Directors regularly scheduled meeting will be held at the Heritage Foundation (112 Bridge Street, Franklin, TN 37064) on the 22nd day of October, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to review and take action on the proposed agenda.
