Walking to a better you: Join us on Thursday mornings at Fleet Feet Cool Springs for 8 weeks of walking and friendship. Our main goal is to develop and maintain the healthy habit of walking.
During our time together, we will discuss the mental and physical benefits of walking and will learn about the best clothing, shoes and gear you need to stay comfortable no matter the temperature or distance. We’ll also discuss hydration and preparing for a race – yes, you can walk a race!
Each week, we will begin at 9 am with a short meet & greet with the coaches and an education session from topical experts. At 9:30, we'll head out for our walk; plan for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to one hour, depending on your goals.
