Tennessee Senior Olympics

The 43rd Annual Tennessee Senior Olympics is a multi-sports competition for athletes 50 and older that combines a wide range of competitive activities.

Residents from 10 District/Metropolitan areas across the state will be competing.

The Senior Olympics aims to promote healthy lifestyles for seniors through fitness, sports, and active involvement in life.

Eligibility requirement: Must turn 50 by 12/31/2023

2023 State Finals Dates: June 23 – 29, 2023, Williamson County, TN

Events offered in Williamson County are archery, badminton, basketball 3 on 3, basketball skill events, bowling, cornhole, golf, racquetball, shuffleboard, swimming, table tennis, tennis, track and field events, and team volleyball.
