Each course is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the natural flavors and textures of the featured ingredients. Each weekend has a unique menu themed around a feature ingredient we produce here at Southall. September features the delicious honey produced by our hardworking honeybees and October highlights the incredible varieties of apples grown on Southall's slopes.
