If you enjoy dairy products from the grocery store, but may be concerned about the questionable ingredient list of preservatives, dyes, and extra sugar that seem to be in most of them, then this class is for you! Culturing dairy is one of the easiest processes for even busy moms to accomplish at home…AND you control the ingredients to keep them healthy.
Let Terri Taylor, from Taylor Family Farms, teach you the art of culturing dairy from whole milk, just like your grandparents did.
We provide face shields and a limited class size to ensure safety for our participants!

How to Build a Temporary Greenhouse
Saturday, February 27th, 1:00 – 3:00 pm
Cost: $15, includes material list, diagram and demonstration
If you want to learn how to build an inexpensive, temporary greenhouse that is easy to put up and take down each year, then this class is for you! Olin Funderburk has been building our farm’s green house structure for the last 11 years and is able to re-use materials year to year. Olin will provide you with a materials list and allow you to participate in building the structure, so you can see how easy it is to erect.
You will also see the re-purposed tables and learn of other “free” stands to use inside while growing your seedlings. Planting stations are easy too…just some scrap lumber and a plastic tote for the soil. You don’t have to spend much money to grow your all of your garden plants from seed.
We provide face shields and limited class size to protect our attendees.
