Culaccino

Culaccino is Franklin’s local gem for authentic Italian cuisine. As the first solo concept from executive chef and owner Frank Pullara, Culaccino is a celebration of family and food. Signature dishes include rustic favorites like house made pastas and woodfired pizzas, and family recipes inspired by Pullara’s childhood memories in the kitchen, like his great-grandmother’s lentil soup and Nonno’s fennel sausage. Craft cocktails and a global wine list round out the menu, while an outdoor patio and generous indoor dining room offer plenty of space for service, whether visiting for a weeknight dinner with the kids, business lunch, or special occasion. Named after the Italian word for “lasting impression” a cold glass leaves on a wooden table, Culaccino’s welcoming atmosphere and approachable cuisine ensures that the restaurant will leave a mark on guests, too.
