Thompson’s Station

Discover the Hidden History

Tucked between Franklin and Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station is home to more than meets the eye. The town is steeped in history, from its earliest settlers in 1780 to seeing the Civil War’s stirring Battle of Thompson’s Station, and was once a stop along the Great Train Trail.

Today, it’s a quaint yet vibrant community that invites you to slow down and take in the moment. The preservation efforts are evident at historic sites like Homestead Manor and the aptly-named Preservation Park, juxtaposed by conservation and innovation of the world-class venue FirstBank Amphitheater built at a reclaimed quarry.

Company Distilling

This small-batch distillery crafts straight bourbon whiskey, Tennessee dry gin, and other flavored spirits. They craft their spirits in the same building local farmers used to house grains before loading them on the railroad for sale generations ago.

With a mission to provide high-quality spirits to enjoy in good company, a tour and tasting of Company Distilling is essential when visiting Thompson’s Station.
