FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Visit Franklin has added Thaddaeus Rhoades to its staff as Visitor Services Manager. Rhoades, a Franklin native, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Visitor Center located in downtown Franklin and the staff that welcomes thousands of guests each year.

“Thaddaeus has the experience and education, along with years of local knowledge, that make him a wonderful addition to the Visit Franklin team,” said Visit Franklin President & CEO Ellie Westman Chin. “His commitment to friendly and informative customer service and desire to showcase his hometown will only continue to enhance the welcoming spirit we aim for every guest to experience while visiting Franklin.”

Prior to joining Visit Franklin, Rhoades was a trainer and manager with Chic-fil-A, where he oversaw training of new employees and ensuring that each guest had a remarkable experience. While serving in that capacity for only 18 months, sales at the Chic-fil-A location he managed increased over $1.5 million.

The Franklin native is a graduate of Franklin High School and a 2016 graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University where he earned a degree in communications studies and was a member of the National Christian College Athletic Association World Series championship baseball team.
