holiday cake display in front of Christmas tree

We all know it’s a marshmallow world in the winter, which means we have every excuse to treat ourselves all season long. Despite our historical lack of snow during the holiday season, Williamson County still transforms into a winter wonderland, with millions of twinkling lights, festive decor, festivals and events, and, of course, seasonal menus that pack all the best holiday flavors into coffees, cookies, and more.

You can find a sweet seasonal treat in just about any nook and cranny around town, but we’ve rounded up seven spots that we guarantee are well worth the splurge.

High Brow Coffee

The Westhaven community is notorious for having one of the best drives for viewing holiday lights, as many of the adorable homes and manicured yards are decked out in seasonal splendor. But, if you time your drive well, you can swing by High Brow Coffee on Front Street for a warm drink to take along with you. Grab a coffee or a hot chocolate and a pastry to pair, then set out on your twinkling drive.

Reunion Wine Bar

Cozy up with a glass of red at Spring Hill’s Reunion Wine Bar. This historic home-turned-watering-hole is focused on creating community all year long, but with everything from the halls to the living room decked, that sense of joyful belonging goes even further during the holiday season.

Hank’s Coffee Station

If you’re looking for a new place to warm up this season, head to Hank’s off West Main Street. This adorable coffee shop usually has a line wrapped around the corner, but for good reason. Whether you grab a signature honey bee tea latte or opt for a splash of peppermint in your coffee before settling into the corner booth with a good book, there’s plenty of sweetness to go around at Hank’s.

As the newest member of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, Stable Reserve was an eager participant in the trail’s Carols & Barrels promotion going on this season. Across Middle Tennessee, participating distilleries are making spirits extra bright with themed pop-ups and seasonal cocktails. Stable Reserve is decked out in holiday decor, and is offering a special cocktail menu that includes a peppermint espresso martini and a gin-forward sangria.
