Historic Creekside Cabin at Arrington Reserve

A Civil War-era farm cabin from the Leiper’s Fork area moved decades ago and set on this 12-acre farm next to the creeks that merge on the property. The cabin is full of history and is a charming little place to spend a weekend with a family or group or just a romantic getaway. You can enjoy live music at Arrington Vineyards from here in the summer. Just 30 miles from Nashville, it is centrally located between Murfreesboro and Franklin, close to many local historical places, shopping, restaurants, golf, and hiking.

The living/dining area has two sofa sleepers and a dining table for eight. The master bedroom on the lower level has a new King bed with an exit door to the balcony overlooking the creek. There is a trundle bed to accommodate extra guests. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom downstairs. The queen bed upstairs was handcrafted with wood from the property. Upstairs has a bathroom and an exit door to the top balcony. All new linens, appliances, and dishes. Complimentary coffee and tea. The kitchenette is perfect for prepping small food items with a two-burner stove and a microwave and convection toaster. You will find a new washer and dryer for your convenience as well. NO TV and NO PETS allowed at this time. This is a NO SMOKING property.
