Lyric Lodge & Inn
Lyric Lodge & Inn at GratiDude Ranch is minutes to Leiper’s Fork. Enjoy this resort-like property fully renovated with farm house-style decor, a private heated saltwater in-ground swimming pool, a wraparound porch overlooking the gorgeous Harpeth Creek with swing beds, and two separate living quarters for large groups that can sleep up to 16 guests.
Lyric Guesthouse
Lyric Guesthouse is an open concept, multi-use space. It has a bedroom with a queen bed with an additional loft with a full bed. It has a large great room with a twin bed and a lounge sofa for two children, an 82″ Smart TV for personal enjoyment. The space has a dining room, full kitchen, and bath. Outside of sleeping, the space can hold approximately 20 people and has been used as a yoga studio, set up for corporate meetings and is booked for workshops. The Guesthouse can also be booked along with the entire Lodge & Inn for larger group stays.
The Homestead
The Homestead at GratiDude Ranch is minutes to Leiper’s Fork. Sleeping up to 14 guests, groups can enjoy having this entire property to themselves which offers three separate spaces on the property; a farmhouse style contemporary Ranch House that sleeps six, a Carriage House & Loft that is a fun and unique rustic space that sleeps 6, and a storybook Cottage that sleeps two. An 11-seater swim spa/hot tub is situated on the side patio with an outdoor fireplace for those brisk nights and unbelievable views.
The Ranch House
The Ranch House at GratiDude Ranch is a 3 bed / 2 bath space and can sleep 6 people. It has a fully stocked gourmet chef’s kitchen, gorgeous dining patio, and a back porch with a fireplace and gas grill. The property also offers an 11-seat swim spa hot tub.
The Cottage
The Cottage at GratiDude Ranch can sleep up to two adults in a king bed. The cottage has a kitchenette and full bath and overlooks our pasture and farm pets. This space is perfect for a couple, a painter, a writer, a musician, or anyone who simply needs a getaway.
The Carriage House & Loft
The Carriage House & Loft at GratiDude Ranch is a modern yet rustic open concept space that features a queen bed and a twin bed in the Carriage House, three twin beds in the Loft, a living room, dining table, kitchen, and full bath. It can sleep a total of six comfortably.
Tiny Living
As seen on HGTVs Tiny Luxury Season 2, Episode 5 “Family of Four”: This open, airy space is light and clean with a beautiful and creative energy. It has a main bedroom downstairs with a full-size bed. There is a loft with a full size bed and then a loft set up as a TV area with a futon sofa that can turn into two twin beds. The space is decorated with vintage appliances, a farmhouse sink and offers individuals, couples, or families an opportunity to live big while living tiny!
