Harbor & Union

Harbor and Union is a new business accelerator in Franklin, TN that has a variety of offerings that focus on work in the local community. We believe that work is the greatest vessel for human impact, and we want to help people with the work they do, the location they work, and the experience they have while working.

Our new facility is ~27k square feet with 30+ private offices, 5 conference rooms, and communal space for rent. Our current offerings include hot desk memberships, private office memberships, and meeting space rental.

In addition to offering space for rent, we aim to provide turnkey services to make it easy for customers to create the right experience for anything happening in our space. Right now, this includes catering packages for meeting room rentals and full-scale event planning for events hosted in our space.

Starting in 2024, H+U will be offering business coaching to help local business scale and grow their companies. This will come in the form of either one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, or one-off business health assessments.
