Visit Franklin recently completed an extensive community research project, which provided insights that will better inform our marketing and sales efforts. During the research process, our team:

  • Completed 160+ community listening sessions with 200+ participants
  • Received 1,051 community survey responses
  • Met with 43 elected officials
  • Held conversations with all seven mayors
  • Conducted research over the course of 18 months

This extensive process ensures that our strategies reflect the authentic voice of our community.
