Join us for a 45-minute mat Pilates class with Synergy Pilates Nashville at Prickly Pear Coffee’s Franklin pop-up location, right near the heart of downtown Franklin. This all-levels class is designed to help you wake up your body, build strength, and ease into your weekend.
We’ll be set up just outside their coffee trailer, so you can enjoy a great workout followed by your favorite drink.
