Franklin-area wellness seekers are invited to find their center during an immersive outdoor sound bath at The Harpeth Hotel on Saturday, May 30, at 9:30 a.m.
Hosted by certified sound healer Robin Barnes, the public event will take place in the hotel’s courtyard and feature crystal singing bowls, gongs, handpan, flutes and other therapeutic instruments designed to promote deep relaxation and stress relief.
Used for centuries as a healing modality, sound baths help calm the nervous system, clear mental noise and encourage a meditative state. Guests may experience reduced stress and anxiety, improved focus and a greater sense of balance and well-being.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel, blanket and any other items needed to feel comfortable. Chairs will also be available for those who prefer to remain seated.
