VISIT FRANKLIN ADDS HAGMAN AS DESTINATION SERVICES MANAGER

FRANKLIN, Tenn.  – The Williamson County Convention & Visitors Bureau has added Alyssa Hagman to its sales department staff in the role of Destination Services Manager. Hagman will manage and coordinate meeting and event services for meeting, event, and sports planners hosting events in Williamson County. Hagman will also serve as a liaison between the WCCVB and its partners, venues, and attractions.

“We are incredibly fortunate to have someone join our team with the experience servicing meetings and events that Alyssa brings,” said Kathryn York, WCCVB Director of Sales. “Alyssa’s expertise in our industry will make our client’s meetings, events and tournaments more memorable for their attendees while offering a level of service to the planner that will make the planning process smooth and enjoyable while in Williamson County.”

Before joining the WCCVB, Hagman spent four years with the Nashville Music City Center. She began with the Music City Center staff as an Event Coordinator before being promoted to Event Manager, a position she held for the previous two years. In that role, she planned events ranging from weddings, and corporate meetings to national awards shows, CMA Music Fest Fan Fair X, and Vice Presidential visits.

“I am incredibly excited to join the team at the Williamson County Convention & Visitors Bureau,” said Hagman. “This is such a welcoming community, and I can’t wait to make a difference connecting planners and visitors to the area with the incredible venues and attractions we have here.”

Hagman, a native of Hawesville, Ky., is a 2011 University of Kentucky graduate, where she earned a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication.
