Bourbon Blending Experience

This exclusive and immersive blending experience involves the tasting and blending of two cask-strength bourbons; a high-rye bourbon and a high-wheat bourbon. In this class, you will dive into the varying flavor profiles of the different mash bills as we contemplate each barrel individually. After we decipher what notes and flavors you’re more privy to, we’ll begin blending the two bourbons as we work toward your perfect blend. Participants will receive a complimentary cocktail as our team recreates your custom, cask-strength bottle.
