The Downtown Franklin Faith-Based Organization announces a Community Resource Fair for the October 3 Art Crawl. There will be 17 service agencies and ministries with exhibits and handouts at the Community Room of the St. Philip Catholic Church on 2nd Avenue South across from the Second Avenue Parking Garage entrance. Come and get to know your community service agencies.
