Hosted by Keenan-Keaton Payne and the legendary Kimbro’s Pickin’ Parlor in Historic Downtown Franklin, experience how Halloween is meant to be celebrated with live music performances from the emotively ethereal HR_Lexy, the bluesy Latin-infused Cane+Cancino, and the unexpected UNMENU (You-In-Me-In-You).
