Join us as we move through a 60 minute mindfulness and meditation session designed to create a welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect to yourself, and leave feeling more centered, alive, and attuned.
We will start with gentle breath work to release stress and quiet the mind and progress into mindfulness practices to cultivate inner clarity and heart-centered awareness. We will utilize neuro-somatic and body-sensing techniques for grounding, relaxation and inner-flow. There will be time for stillness, reflection, and integration.
