In this workshop, we’ll explore a mindful approach to movement that integrates somatic awareness with traditional yoga practice. Through slow, intentional sequences, breathwork, and guided exploration of foundational poses, you’ll cultivate greater body awareness, gently release stored tension, and begin to uncover unconscious physical and emotional holding patterns.
