What is a Sound Journey?
More powerful than a sound bath, you are taken on an incredible journey through various sounds, rhythms and vocalizations that serve to clear your mind & energy, enliven your body, reconnect you with your soul/higher essence and feel incredibly blissful and energized. Just with beautifully orchestrated sounds and their vibrations.
We start the gathering in circle to share and listen to the intentions of each participant and the group. Holding those intentions, the sound journey is spontaneously created to serve the needs of the collective. More than a sound bath, individuals will have the instruments played over their body bringing the vibrations closer to and in direct contact with them. This type of sound immersion is palpable and deeply profound.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket/pillow for your comfort, a water bottle and journal.
Let us come together in The Parlor at Bubble Joy for this incredible journey. All are welcome! You will leave feeling more embodied, connected, blissful, and grateful. Just come with an open mind and the desire to relax and be restored.
