While The Giving Board finalizes its 501(c)(3) status, we’ve partnered with GraceWorks Ministries to ensure that every ticket makes an impact. Ticket sales cover event costs, and net proceeds go directly to GraceWorks to help feed families across Williamson County and the greater Nashville area.
About The Giving Board:
The Giving Board is a new community nonprofit (501(c)(3) pending) with a simple mission — raise money, feed families, and strengthen community. We plan to host two signature events each year: a fall fundraiser (like this Halloween bash) and a spring giving initiative, creating year-round opportunities for connection and care.

Join us for a wickedly fun night at Whiskey Room Live at King’s Bowl in Cool Springs on Saturday, October 25th, from 7:00 to 11:30 PM. Expect live music, dancing, themed cocktails, and plenty of Halloween spirit — all benefiting a great cause.
