Visit Franklin is the branded name for the Williamson County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB). It is the official destination marketing organization for Williamson County, Tennessee, including Brentwood, Fairview, Franklin, Leiper’s Fork, Nolensville, Thompson’s Station, and Spring Hill.

The WCCVB is responsible for developing and implementing an effective program of marketing, sales, promotion and new market development designed to attract visitors to Williamson County. To this end, the WCCVB focuses its efforts on our four major target markets:

  • Leisure Travel
  • Meetings / Conferences / Conventions
  • Group Tours
  • Sports Marketing

Efforts to impact each of these market segments include advertising, direct sales, trade show and marketplace attendance, publications, familiarization tours/site inspections, and new product development. To put it more simply, our purpose is to support the local economy through tourism resulting in overnight hotel stays and visitor spending at Williamson County attractions and businesses.

If you are a hospitality business, attraction, or hotel located in Williamson County, you are eligible!

What does Visit Franklin do?

Our purpose is to support the local economy through tourism resulting in overnight hotel stays and visitor spending at Williamson County attractions and businesses. Visit Franklin’s staff works diligently to fulfill that purpose through targeted advertising, creative marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, community building, media outreach, and more.

Does it cost to join Visit Franklin?

Unlike many other convention & visitors bureaus, Visit Franklin is not member-based and has no fees. We represent your business simply by it being in Williamson County.

Why isn’t Visit Franklin called Visit Williamson County?

Research conducted in the early 2010s showed overwhelmingly that Main Street was the top driver of tourism in Williamson County. With research and tourism best practices in mind, we recognized the most beneficial strategy was introducing visitors to Franklin first, then guiding them into the greater Williamson County community.

Should I tell you about my business’ grand opening or invite you to see our space?
