The coffee shops and cocktail bars around Franklin lean into the town’s Hallmark-esque vibes this time of year, transforming their menus into seasonal specialties dripping with maple, cinnamon, and outside-the-box concoctions like sweet potato and green apple.
Whether you’re hoping to kick off a day of exploring with a festive latte or wind the day down with a seasonal cocktail, here are the menu items around town that have caught our eye this year.

Butter Drinks at Stable Reserve
Stable Reserve pulls double duty as a coffee shop and cocktail bar, nestled in the heart of Main Street in Downtown Franklin. This fall, both menus have gotten a seasonal transformation. Mornings lean into their house-made apple butter with a chai that’s as cozy as it sounds, and their seasonal cocktail menu offers a hot buttered bourbon with compound butter, fall spices, and a wheated spirit.

Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini at Skylight
For when it’s both PSL time and five o’clock somewhere, The Factory at Franklin’s Skylight Bar makes things easy. The classic espresso martini recipe gets a fall-ified twist with pumpkin spice syrup, then gets shaken and served in a chic coupe topped with cinnamon sprinkles and a trio of espresso beans.

The Yammy at Honest Coffee Roasters
Your favorite Thanksgiving side is now available in coffee form at the Factory’s Honest Coffee Roasters. The Toasted Yammy Latte combines sweet potato pie, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and toasted marshmallow with espresso and milk to create a delightful sip that will
Fire Cocoa at McGavock’s
McGavock’s Coffee Bar & Provisions inside the Harpeth Hotel has an expansive fall coffee menu with a twist: you can add a shot of Baileys or Kahlua to any drink to give it a little extra razzle dazzle. Along with menu items like the maple oat cortado and cinnamon toast cereal milk latte, standout menu item includes a “hot” cocoa spiked with cayenne and cinnamon.

Blood Orange Coffee Tonic at Coffee House at Second & Bridge
This charming coffee shop, tucked into a historic home off 2nd Avenue, has a Stars Hollow-inspired food and beverage menu that includes a pumpkin pie latte and pumpkin spice French toast. But what we’re most excited about? A blood orange-flavored coffee tonic made even tastier with a seasonal cold foam on top.
Witches Brew at Mama’s Java
For fans of caffeine without the coffee, head to Nolensville’s Mama’s Java to try out their seasonal menu of refreshers. The Witches Brew is perfect for spooky season, a bright green combination of green apple and caramel apple butter, topped with cold foam and a caramel drizzle. It’s like those Halloween lollipops in liquid form!
