Join us for an exclusive dining experience featuring whiskey pairings from Shortbarrel Distillery. This one-of-a-kind evening features a four-course culinary journey expertly paired with pours and cocktails from the Shortbarrel team. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the unique flavors of the distillery’s portfolio. The evening will start off with an interactive reception where you will have the opportunity to meet the chefs and spirits experts while enjoying light bites and a signature cocktail.

Following the reception, Chef Thomas will guide you through a 4-course dinner in which he has prepared each dish utilizing select spirits from the distillery. Each course will be paired with a signature cocktail.

Oyster Trio – Fresh Shucked, Cornmeal Battered, Bacon and Truffle

Pairing: Shortbarrel Toasted 94 pf

Second Course:

Simpson’s Farms Bone Marrow, French Onion “Soup”, Gruyere, Baguette

Pairing: Shortbarrel Four Grain Bourbon

Third Course:

Smoked Bullborne Bison Short Rib, Heirloom Grits, Rapini

Pairing: Fat washed Shortbarrel Rye

Fourth Course:

Kentucky Bourbon Cake, Pecan, Banana Jam, Sweet Corn Ice Cream

Pairing: Honey Washed Shortbarrel Rye

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The experience will be in a group setting with approximately 30 other people.

An engaging evening with the Chefs from 1799 and the experts from Shortbarrel Distillery

You will be tasting and engaging with alcohol and must be at least 21 years of age with Valid ID.

The event will last approximately 3 hours.
