Visit one of our two Visitor Centers, placed right in the middle of Franklin’s main areas of interest. Our downtown Visitor Center sits on Main Street, across from Franklin Mercantile Deli. You’ll also find us at The Factory at Franklin, directly across from Honest Coffee Roasters.

Downtown Franklin Visitor Center
Start your Franklin adventure here. Our flagship Visitor Center sits in the heart of historic downtown, the perfect first stop before exploring Main Street and beyond. Browse Visit Franklin merchandise, send a postcard home, or pick up maps and walking tours from our information specialists before you head out.

Where to Park for the Downtown Franklin Visitor Center
Free but limited street parking is available throughout downtown Franklin, while free public parking garages on 2nd and 4th Avenues offer nearby access. Designated accessible parking is typically available in the downtown garages.
Factory at Franklin Visitor Center
Inside The Factory at Franklin, one of the town’s go-to spots for shopping, dining and entertainment, this Visitor Center makes it easy to explore the campus and plan the rest of your trip.
