FRANKLIN, Tennessee — Visit Franklin has partnered with the Simmons Bank Open for the Snedeker Foundation to make all general-admission tickets to the tournament complimentary for all fans. The tournament returns to Vanderbilt Legends Club in Franklin, Tennessee, September 10–13, 2026, as the opening event of the Korn Ferry Tour Playoffs.
With a 156-player field and a $1.5 million purse, the stakes could not be higher. The Korn Ferry Tour Playoffs determine the top 30 players who will earn their PGA TOUR cards for the 2026–27 season, making the Simmons Bank Open the first critical test of one of the most competitive stretches in professional golf. It is also an incredible opportunity for fans to see the next big stars of the PGA TOUR up close. Notable names like Scottie Scheffler, Cameron Young, Xander Schauffele, Max Homa, and many more have made early appearances at the Simmons Bank Open over the years, and this year, local favorite and Vandy Legends Club member Blades Brown is expected to return as he chases full PGA TOUR status.

Now in its 10th year, the Simmons Bank Open has raised more than $850,000 for local charities since its inaugural year in 2016, with more than $450,000 benefiting the Snedeker Foundation. The tournament will once again host “Foundation Friday,” September 11, giving area nonprofits a platform to connect with fans, share their missions, and raise funds on-site.
As the first of four Korn Ferry Tour Finals events, all four of which are broadcast on Golf Channel, the Simmons Bank Open continues to draw national attention to Franklin and the Vanderbilt Legends Club. ABOUT SIMMONS BANK OPEN The Simmons Bank Open for the Snedeker Foundation is owned and operated by the Tennessee Golf Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Franklin, Tennessee. The Simmons Bank Open was the Korn Ferry Tour Tournament of the Year in 2022.
